We have dealt extensively with how we can create a sustainable product without sacrificing things that are important to us. Above all, for us the enjoyment of high-quality food and drinks at parties with family and friends or on vacation is simply part of it. It starts with our ORGANIC food, the regional origin of the products, the transparency of all suppliers and goes through the processing of all parts from the animal to the composting of kitchen waste and the use of the compost for our greenhouses directly on site.
